Privacy

What we collect

When you run the demo, we store the event you searched for or tapped. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and, optionally, which segment (concerts, sports, or both) you selected. We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics — page views and how far people get through the demo.

What we don't do

We never sell your data. We never share your email with anyone outside our own waitlist tooling.

Deletion

Email us at hello@tixagent.ai and we'll delete your data within a few days.
